By accessing or using GGTrends website or extension, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope

GGTrends provides a keyword trend workflow that includes:

• Website features for task setup, monitoring, analysis, and export
• Chrome extension functionality to execute Google Trends collection tasks

The extension is intended for this single purpose and related reliability features.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Activities performed through your account

We may suspend access if we detect abuse, security risk, or policy violations.

4. Extension Usage Requirements

To use extension-backed features correctly, you agree to:

• Install and use the official GGTrends extension package
• Grant required browser permissions for extension operation
• Keep required site access permissions enabled (including communication-related prompts such as apps/service access prompts when shown)
• Comply with Google Terms and applicable laws when using Google Trends data

We strongly recommend signing in to your Google account in browser before running tasks, because unauthenticated sessions may produce incomplete Google Trends responses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, APIs, or accounts
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service
• Circumvent quota, security, or authentication controls
• Submit malicious code or content

6. Plans, Billing, and Waitlist

• Free and paid plans may have different quotas and feature limits.
• If/when paid features are available, billing is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
• "Pro waitlist" sign-up does not guarantee immediate availability, pricing, or release timeline.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in GGTrends software, branding, and service content are reserved by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party services (for example Google Trends, Stripe, analytics, and email providers). We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or independent acts.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific ranking outcomes, or commercial results from keyword analysis.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
